Roster is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

1. How Roster is delivered

A paid plan is active on your organisation’s account within minutes of a successful payment, usually seconds, on the website, the desktop app and the Android app. The apps are downloaded from roster.character.xyz. There are no shipping charges and no delivery address.

2. If a plan does not switch on

If a payment succeeded and the plan is not active within an hour, write to support@character.xyz with the payment reference from Razorpay’s receipt and we will fix it the same working day, or refund you.
